Includes Team Shirt/Jersey; League/Referee/Insurance/Field Use Costs
Will only need to provide Mouth Pieces & Cleats (we do have some donated cleats available that may fit your athlete)
If signing up for Fall Tackle you can get a $50 discount

Needed a completed Physical before 1st Game
